Tattoo Pain Reframe™ Individual Licence Agreement

Effective Date: Feb 20th 2026

This Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Brigid Godwin, Creator of Tattoo Pain Reframe™(“Licensor”) and the purchaser of this licence (“Licensee”).

1. Purpose

This Agreement grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to offer the Tattoo Pain Reframe™ digital course to their own tattoo clients as part of their client preparation. This licence is intended to enhance client experience and does not permit resale outside of the Licensee’s tattoo services except as outlined below.

Acceptance: By purchasing this Tattoo Pain Reframe™ Individual Licence, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement. No signature is required; your purchase constitutes full acceptance.

2. Licence Type

This is an Individual Artist Licence only. It permits one named artist to share the course with their own clients.

3. Licence Fee and Term

Licence fee: £49 per year.
The licence is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and may be renewed annually unless the Licensee cancels the subscription.

4. Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

  • Share course access with their own clients as part of tattoo preparation

  • Include the course as part of their tattoo service

  • Incorporate the cost into their pricing if desired

  • Promote the course as part of their service offering

  • Resell the course to clients at a maximum retail price of £19.99 per client

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Share their login with other artists, friends, or the public

  • Resell the course as a standalone digital product to non-clients

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the course content

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the course

Login Sharing: Each licence is personal. Sharing with clients is allowed as part of tattoo preparation, but sharing your login with other artists, friends, or the public is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or revocation.
Resale: Any resale to clients must respect the maximum retail price of £19.99. Breaching this term may result in suspension or revocation of your licence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Brigid Godwin and Tattoo Pain Reframe™. This licence grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

6. Client Responsibility

Tattoo Pain Reframe™ is an educational preparation tool; individual client experiences may vary. The Licensor makes no guarantees regarding specific client outcomes.

7. Termination

This licence may be terminated if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement, including login sharing or resale terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must stop distributing the course immediately.

8. Liability

The Licensor is not liable for business losses, client dissatisfaction, or indirect damages arising from use of the course.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the Tattoo Pain Reframe™ licence, the Licensee agrees to these terms.
